Purchased my first car here at this lot in nov 2, I was told I had a “new transmission” which was a lie, beginning of the new year, had to get a whole new trans, my axle was cracked, currently have 2100 of work that needs to be done, I would not recommend buying a car from here, warranties doesn’t cover anything. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Jerry and Ellie are the best. Very helpful and work very hard to get you the car you want. The process went exactly how they said it would go. They have the best customer service i have ever experienced at a car lot.
Sold me a car that had many issues ( 2014 ) sold me a warranty said everything was covered and clearly was not would not recommend this shop or their other one paid over asking price still making payments and can not afford repairs. Definitely will tell my network to stay away from these con artists
