We've had storage bins before that were almost nasty . . . this place is very nice! I loved how clean the bin was when we first rented it. The floor was raised up and was cement. Very pleased with the condition. Also, Samantha is AMAZING!! She was extremely helpful!! We got a bun, but realized we needed a bigger one and she helped us to switch to a size we needed.nI recommend Hobart storage.
I honestly believe this is the BEST storage facility in the area & great to do business with!! I moved out of the area & changed to a different storage facility closer to my home, and have had nothing but problems in the storage facility i’m using In South Haven. From them confused about deposit amounts, billing incorrectly to taking more than an hour to transfer from my ex’s name to my name. I’m ready to empty my 2 units there & rent from HEARTLAND again!! It truly will be easier to drive over 20 min from Valparaiso to Hobart when I need to go to my storage unit, than to stay renting from a facility in South Haven that’s closer to my home, but they’re confused about anything pertaining to deposits and billing.
The sales person at the desk was so very helpful! I had never rented a storage unit before, and she took the time to make sure I had exactly the right size for my needs. Very friendly! Really cares about people! Highly recommend!

I literally had an Emergency Situation by being told we had to move everything out my Friday mid-day & was told this late evening Thanksgiving night (Thurs). A very close relative of mine owns the place & late August he immediately moved out of town for a better job, leaving a lot behind that he couldn’t take at the time. My 2 children, boyfriend & I move out & were fully moved in after 2 days (Mind you it’s was basically 2 bedrooms). So we added all our belongings, kept all his for him, and of course added. And to find out on a holiday we had till the next day to be out was WAY TO STRESSFUL as is but if I weren’t referred here at the EXACT moment i was, we would of lost Everything!!nSamantha is AMAZING!!!
