I've been going to Ulta salons for years. All of them were good experiences, apart from this location. Service is the worst. I've been rescheduled a couple times at this location before, but the last time, I walked in for my appointment (their first appointment of the day) and the manager promptly told me they couldn't take me and I needed to be rescheduled (even though my name was on the books for 8 weeks) and that their next appointment was 3 weeks away. I wasted my entire morning getting there and back home for nothing, and I don't appreciate that they didn't even try to call me before I showed up to explain their mistake. I imagine their lack of communication will continue to get worse, as I was told that the salon managers were laid off this month and the store manager is in over her head. I will not be going back.

All of the staff are very helpful, and friendly! The store is clean and well stocked. The reason I'm writing this review is because my stylus Veronica was SO AMAZING.! I always put off getting a hair cut because I can never find a stylist I'm comfortable with. Kudos to you Veronica! Youre amazing,

I will not be visiting this store anymore. The last straw for me was being forced to provide my phone number at the cash register. I do not want to share my personal phone number with stores for enrolling in their rewards system or whatever. This is my choice and I expect them to respect MY PRIVACY. I was told that they will not accept a return if I don't provide my phone number while I'm purchasing the item. I have never heard such a nonsensical thing in my life. I don't even think this is legal to be honest. If you have a receipt, you should be covered. This was already an uncomfortable place for me to shop at because of the constant surveillance while I'm browsing; now after having this really weird and hostile situation for not wanting to provide my phone number, I'm done shopping here. I mean the cashier had such a passive aggressive manner, even hesitated giving me my receipt because I didn't want to share my phone number, it was super super weird... Nope, never again, done.

Had a salon service with Veronica M. highly recommend as she is amazing and of course picked up a few other necessities. Will return for regular services from her. Highly knowledgable, and the entire staff is fun and friendly. Store is stocked, clean, and organized. Well done Ulta.

Part of running a business means being readily available to answer the phone. This is something you guys lack tremendously! I have been calling you guys for days and never once I’ve gotten a single employee to pick up the phone! Highly unprofessional!
