Beautiful experience the security guard help me to getting in didn't know how to work the machine he helped and the lady behind the desk was so pleasant my real tree thank you

Been approved for my ssi for over a month and all they need is my bank info so I can start getting my money and none returns my calls or answers the phone and I been trying everyday for a month now this is not very professional

Usually I go to the office in person and have no problems, I recently had a baby so I had to contact the office by phone. I spoke with someone named Ms. Jackson who was extremely rude and tried to talk over me the whole time and hung up in my face after I asked to speak with someone else. She needs some serious customer service training

Went on Nov 12, 2015 the office was very crowded probably because the day prior was a holiday..the office staff was very quick and efficient. The lady that I had was very helpful she even waited while I phoned the doctors office to get their fax number..I was very pleased at the pleasant manner and outstanding service I recieved.Thank you Lake St. office, keep up the good work!!!!!!

As busy as the office was, I was very impressed with the speed, courtesy, and completeness of the service I received.
