Hobart Clean Air Car Check

I went there around 1pm & was taken almost immediately. It took FOREVER because of the 2 older employees that subjected me to testing I never had to do before. They used a mirror under my truck for 2 passes... It's a stock exhaust system!! The gal looked under the back of my truck & seemingly couldn't find what she was looking for. I own a 2009 & not a 1990... I was probably only 1 test away from driving on the rollers! :(nUsually very efficient here but not this time. It's times like these that we need to have these antiquated testing stations shut down & be able to register our vehicles like 99% of our state.

Disliked having to do this, why do we have to have it when others around us don't. Yes we have the mills. But newer cars don't emit what there looking for. And what about the people who don't pass and don't have the money to fix there vehicle, what then?
