These workers act as if they are volunteers and not being paid to work here. They feel superior to us. Terrible workers. Hateful staff. Now they have security guard because they make people mad.

I've had no trouble there. My wait has never been long and the women have always helped me too. If ever there is a longer wait, it's only due to them helping others in front of me. Plus, it has never been crowded at all!

Went and asked a specific question... was given an answer then got a call saying I hadn't done what I was supposed to even though I asked for exactly that thing... they were too focused on the person who was leaving their job to help me adequately... new training and enforcement needs fine all the way around in here...

The best friendliness ladies at the front desk, they took great care of me!

The people who work in the office are great the office managers are absolutely atrocious rude not compassionate and have the nerve to send hateful messages to their staff that states if you dont like the rules here you know where the door is when the staff are the only ones who pull their weight the managers actually tell clients we cant help you call 211 they have no caring at all for people who come in needing help the management is whats pulling that office down with their down right hatefulness and unprofessionalism what joke they should have been long fired.
