I live in Hobart, Indiana and called 911 several times in 2018 for my Mom. On several occasions, the fire department responded in addition to an ambulance. On one occasion the firemen discussed their hectic weekend as they absent mindedly carried my unconscious mother out the front door. Extremely unprofessional....and hurtful. Ive been reluctant to post a review because my Mom might need an ambulance again. Im posting this now, hoping that all emergency responders will reset their sensitivity and compassion.
