My pets don't really have a primary as there have been situations that required visits to different vets. I had the best experience of all at this location and will now be my leading choice moving forward! Very clean facility, great staff, prompt service, knowledgeable doctors, several services, and fair pricing! Just to name a few :)
I’m staying in St. John from out of town and had to bring my dog to this location when I experienced difficulties in administering a shot to my dog. The staff was kind, caring, and reassuring. The reception staff, vet, and 4th year vet student all made me feel better about the situation and I felt my dog was well taken care of. I appreciated that the cost of services was reasonable. In addition the facility was clean and well designed.
This is the best place! The vet spent a great amount of time getting to know me and my 2 dogs! She took the time to explain the shots and all that my dogs needed! I highly recommend this place!!
Dr Coyne, rather than throw all that money into a beautiful new building, you should’ve invested in some customer service! I have been a customer of yours for 17 years, back when you owned Forest South animal hospital. Forest South had the best service I have ever experienced in my 40+ years of owning dogs. Your name may be on this hospital, but that’s about all! I now live in St John and this would have been ideal. Unfortunately the front desk is so incredibly understaffed that I’m driving 20 minutes back to Park Forest! . Today I called 3 times and was immediately put on hold without them even knowing why I called. After 7 minutes hold time you get thrown into a voice mail and they don’t call back. Last week I went in just to pick up allergy meds and stood in line for 15 minutes to pay. Beautiful shiny new building doesn’t make up for horrible customer service.
great staff and veterinarians. I have a 15 wk old puppy and we're new to the area. after about a week of having Stella she needed immediate veterinary care. we were able to walk into Coyne and be seen immediately and were able to avoid going to an emergency vet.nnwe've been back every few weeks getting check ups and vaccinations, every trip is easy. every trip we encounter very kind, responsive, knowledgeable people.nnthis is our forever vet for our forever pup.
