Athletico Physical Therapy - St John, IN

I’m posting this under George’s email account, but “I” Lauren, was the actual patient at Athletico in St John. I would like to highly commend all of the staff members for their efficiency, professionalism, & kindness!! The Physical Therapist, Zorn, did an amazing job with promoting my recovery after spinal surgery. Emily, at the front desk, was awesome at her job & swiftly handled all insurance & appointment scheduling with great efficiency. All who worked there were so personable & took care to provide special attention to each patient. I’d highly recommend this clinic for P. T. !!

I was told at the beginning of 2020 that throughout the year that I would require two hip surgeries – each needing physical therapy 3 times a week for a total of 7 months. There were various options within a 10-mile radius of my house but I had previously heard good things about Athletico so I figured I would start there.nnFrom the first phone call, I was fairly certain that this would be the place for me. Emily was so incredibly kind, efficient, and accommodating to my hectic schedule. Upon arriving for my first appointment, it was apparent that the team took great pride in the facility – it was very clean, organized, and welcoming. Fast-forward four months and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. My experience working with Zorn has exceeded my expectations by far. Each session was carefully tailored to my required protocol with just enough push to make sure I was meeting the milestones. Zorn was quickly able to gauge and adapt when a particular exercise wasn’t going to be right for that day due to pain level and would find alternatives that kept me moving towards the goal but that would not exacerbate the hip.nnIn addition to the positive therapeutic experience, I really enjoyed the conversations I was able to have with the team. They truly seem to enjoy working together and their laughter and overall positive attitude with each other and the patients made the sessions fly by.nnI HIGHLY recommend St. John Athletico for anyone in the area requiring physical therapy – fantastic experience and even greater people!

I had a torn Achilles heel injury two years ago that was still giving me issues. I went to Athletico in St. John, IN and was helped the second I walked in the door. From the front desk Emily was very hospitable and was also always prompt at checking my temperature during this COVID crisis. Scheduling appointments was a breeze with her as well. After I was checked in I was either with Zorn or Paige for the day and both of them were top notch at always asking me where the pain hurts today, warming me up, working on my affected ankle with the proper techniques, and pushing me to utilize my ankle better whether by stretching or strength training exercises. I’ve already went to another PT clinic prior to this one and I could definitely tell the difference in professionalism and treatment. I highly recommend trying Athletico in St. John, IN because they will offer you quality care and treatment.

I love this place! It is so welcoming and very clean. The people there are very nice and make you feel comfortable. I am getting the help that I need from Zorn and he always has a positive attitude! Emily who works the front desk is so helpful and schedules me to fit my busy schedule. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I would highly recommend Athletico. The service I am receiving is top notch! The staff Zorn, P.T., Emily and Jamiere Are very professional and welcoming. They really work hard treating your injuries.
