All About Vacations

When I started vacation package I was working with jen bauner. She was fantastic in every way but left for another job. I then had to work with Tracy Deyoung. Tracy was hard to work with. She didn't like to respond or keep me updated with stuff. Over the course of trying to rebook our vacation and working with prices. She kept bringing up how my vacation is free from my company. My company paid for $2500 of my vacation! Not everything else. She also bought my 1 year old 2 plane tickets which south west airlines let me know were not needed and a waste of money, Again which she replied I didn't have to pay for it. It shouldn't matter how much of the cost was actually coming out of my pocket or not! I should be treated as a normal customer taking his family on vacation. All about vacations messed up when they let Jen leave! I highly recommend another vacation agency!

It’s a “One-Stop-Shop” agency. Not only can the ladies help you decide on destinations (if you don’t already have a particular place in mind), activities to do, sights to see, restaurants to eat at, etc., but they can also do all of the leg work for you. Book the activities, make reservations at restaurants, tour buses...the list goes on.nnI’ve heard nothing but compliments in regards to the entire staff, but Amber has been my particular travel agent there for the last 5 years.nHer dedication to service, hard work, and knowledge of destination spots make it easy when planning a vacation.nnBrief experience note: While traveling outside of the country, there was an issue with the hotel room. At first, I attempted to fix this at the main desk, and was told that no other rooms were available. I called/emailed Amber about what was going on and she had everything resolved (and upgraded) by 9:00 the following morning.nnThank you for taking the stress out and making the entire vacation process easy!

Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts All about Vacations!!nYou planned this beautiful perfect cruise for us, then had to cancel/reschedule everything due to this pandemic.nYou did it without complaining ! You spent hours apon hours dealing with this.nKari is our girl, but every girl there goes above and beyond!nSee you girls in a few months to get things going again!

ALL ABOUT NOTHING!! Placed a call on a Saturday back in January 2020 to the agency for information regarding a rail trip. Never heard back and had to call two weeks later to follow up. Decided to go into the travel agency and meet Amber. Spent at least a half hour talking about the future trip in April 2020. To this datenI have not been contacted back with any information even though Amber stated how excited she was to figure out all of the arrangements for me.

All About Vacations was great! Kari booked my 20th wedding anniversary Ireland trip and she was amazing! Going above and beyond and always making sure every detail was thought of and taken care of. She really loves her job and makes sure that you get the best vacation possible. I felt completely at ease traveling overseas because I knew she had prepared us and not only taken care of all our arrangements but double checked and confirmed them. Everything was perfect. Trust me....using a travel agent is the way to go and Kari at All About Vacations is THE BEST.
