She lacks customer service skills, comes off as rude, fail to acknowledge your presence, and if you need assistance, she effortlessly disregard you as a human. Just wanted to say thank you to this business, my sister-in-law had a vintage dress she wanted to do a photoshoot in, and we thought a laundromat would be a cute location. This place had every reason to tell us to leave or to not take photos, but they didn't and I'm super appreciative of that. So thank you for allowing us to use your laundromat for the shoot!
Staff isn’t very helpful. I’ve been there several times and gotten nothing but bad attitudes. More expensive than most places and they only accept cash which you have to place on one of their cards.
I like this spot. I started coming here 6 mo ago after I moved to NWI. My first time relying on a laundromat- dont want to use my well water(I rent an old house) for laundry...so naturally, I was a bit apprehensive. BUT- I haven't had any problems(I am sorry for the others that have, everyones experience is different...). The washers..wash...the dryers...dry. Bathroom is clean when I visit(Thank you Gards for having an open, public restroom). I can deal with the card thing(I was confused at first, just like many other reviewers!!) I have not been denied my card deposit, I was denied breaking a $100. I just went and got a doughnut and coffee..and change..win win. Gals are always cordial and the place is tidy when I pop in...and I leave with clean, dry clothes. Works for me!
Nice, clean facilities machines are super quick which I love being able to get 6 loads of laundry done in about an hour give or take, you really can't beat that. The lady working was very sweet and helpful. I don't understand all the negative reviews, some people are just too nit picky for no reason at all!
