Moriarty's Gem Art - Jeweler

Moriarty’s Gem Art is a really cool shop with a lot of beautiful pieces. They’ve got a lot of raw material type items in cases for the kids to look at while the adults check out the good stuff. All kinds of well known and lesser known gemstones, each of which the owner will likely be able to tell you all about, AND where *he* dug them out of the ground and how he cut them. I’ve purchased a set of wedding bands, a few pearl pieces and a Tanzanite pendant from Moriarty’s, and the customer service has been great. We need led one of the bands resized and they did it while we waited. Planning to go back for more special occasions and Christmas!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt I needed to share how pleased I am with Moriarty’s Gem Art. Alice and Steve made the entire engagement ring shopping experience effortless. I came in not knowing much at all about engagement rings or the extent of preference that can go in to the decision. Alice knew what types of questions to ask to help me narrow down the type and style that would best suit my fiancée. Steve was able to work within my price point to find a top quality diamond. The finished product was better than I could have hoped for and my fiancée absolutely loves her ring. I have since been back to buy other pieces and I am always impressed with the service and quality that I receive there.

Bought a tanzanite stone and had them help design a ring for me. Everyone I talked to or worked with was great. From our first trip there and Alice showing us several tanzanites stones, leaving a scratch pad doodled drawing of mine with Christopher to start the process, and all the emails. To picking up my finished ring... was a great experience. Covid put a damper on our plans a bit but the team did great... love the ring, love the long trip there.. loved talking to them during all this.. now to find an Aquamarine stone to match my wife's ear rings they are making.. and start the process again next year..

Moriarty's is a fantastic, family owned business that I recommend to anyone looking for fine jewelry. They produce quality jewelry at fair prices. I had my fiancé's engagement ring, wedding ring, and my own wedding ring prepared by Moriarty's. I couldn't be happier with how everything came out. If you could imagine, their customer service was even more outstanding. Every time I visit their shop, I am greeted on a first name basis. Alice was particularly helpful in guiding me through the design process of the rings. She provided me multiple digital images to review and advised me on the pros and cons of each design. Additionally, they were very easy to work with making payments. If you're looking for something special to get your loved one, then Moriarty's is your best option to get jewelry.
