Goosehead Insurance - Josh Bailey

Josh Bailey makes insurance exciting. I know that sounds odd, but keep reading and I'll tell you how I came to this conclusion. It's starts off with a new home purchase my husband I were making. We planned on keeping our old home and renting it. Since we would need two property policies I decided that I needed to make sure I saved money and but still got good coverage.nnI was in the middle of a property purchase and did not have time to research companies and read tons of reviews like I normally do. I asked around for a recommendation and got a great one for Josh. The first phone consultation was very informative. He explained the benefits of different types of insurance coverage for someone in our situation, and totally expanded our view of insurance. It became less about something I was required to have, by the lender, and more about asset protection. This intrigued me.nnIn 26 years of having insurance no one ever took the time to fully explain exactly how the coverage works. Yeah we read articles and our policies, however, nothing brought it together like having someone go through the ins and out of it verbally. Listening to someone speak who is passionate about a topic can be infectious! As he explained the benefits I got interested, asked questions, and realized that prior to that moment we had been under insured, not only for  homeowners insurance, but auto insurance as well. At the end of the conversation Josh said he would work up the quotes and send them to me.nnJosh sent quotes, via email, for homeowner, landlord, and auto insurance policies. I was able to sit down and discuss it with my husband without relying on notes that I frantically scribbled during the initial phone consultation, which relieved stress and added clarity. Josh scheduled another phone conference with my husband, and I. We were able to discuss the quotes in great detail, further adding to our excitement for and understanding of our insurance coverage.nnThe cost is well below what we payed before, and the coverage was well above what our previous policy offered. The carriers are reputable, and we could not be more excited!nnWe have two adult daughters that I told about our great experience and now they have insurance with Josh Bailey at Goosehead. I recommended him to my sweet roses, that's what I call my daughters (smile), so you know I would recommend his services to anyone else!
