Great experience! They are kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I had an oil change and was able to get in and out quickly. You must find the perfect time pocket if you do not want to wait. First come first serviced. They do take appointments after diagnosis of issues, if needed.
Dropped off my car for a simple repair. Was told it'd take an hour when i made my appointment. Got back an hour and a half later and it hadn't been taken in yet. However, when the desk clerk saw what I was there for, he immediately took me out and checked the issue.
EJ and the entire staff are amazing people! I have never been treated with such respect by any car dealer I have been to! EJ got my information, terms I wanted to see for the purchase of my car and made it happen within hours. Excellent dealership, excellent service and all around amazing people! The best customer service I have received at a Ford dealership! They make you feel incredibly welcome from the moment you walk in. I have been coming here for 6 years, and I have never been disappointed.
I am only going off the service department. But sale I have heard great things about them. Now service its almost impossible to get a oil change here. And when you do they always say a 2 hour WAIT. That dont work for me thwy need to step up there game in that department. Why buy a car here if your waiting 2+ hours to get in to service you car or truck. Just wow
