I took my dog here many times for routine visits - if that's all your animal may need then this is the place to go as they are conveniently located and have decent hours with reasonable pricing. However if you need anything and I mean anything outside of regular routine visits - leave now! My poor dog had cracked a few nails over the years and the last time I took him here for one that was cracked very badly the vet muzzled him - I understand for safety but he had never been aggressive even with previous cracked nails - and then put a tourniquet on his arm and then simply just snipped his nail off down to the pad - stating this is how they do it to show dogs and with no anesthetic at all. The horror and tears I had to control were unnerving. My poor dog whimpered and cried, very slightly flinching due to the severe pain I'm sure this vet just caused for no other reason than lack of quality care or sympathy for animals. If there was to be a charge for anesthetic - which I wasn't even given an option of - I surely wouldn't have declined it as I know I wouldn't want some medieval type of care being done to me. I will NEVER go here again. These vets are not compassionate and do not take their time. My new vet sits down on the floor with my dogs and takes time to make sure they are comfortable before beginning any treatment - even giving follow up calls after even routine shots are done. It is such a shame that this place is still open. My parents also no longer go here for similar reasons and any chance I get to inform people not to go here I do.

If you care about your pet, don't bring them here because this place certainly doesn't care about them. I brought my dog here because she was losing weight and not eating the way she normally does, and they basically just looked at her and said well it's just because she's getting old. They didn't offer to do any blood work or any type of analysis. Complete waste of time and money. I brought her to another vet and they did four tests and figured out what was wrong with her within 24 hours.

When you call in. Heather that answers the phone is very rude... and the older lady vet does not know how to handle your animals, very rough, had to tell her to quit grabing& touching my animal like that... very unprofessional..
