Going from Chicago to Michigan, the bus was super clean, and look like new.nThe bus driver and her “side-worker” is nice and know what they doing. In my opinion, it’s all about the employees that make your experiences good or not. And lucky me I did have good people driving the bus.

TRASH ! Bus was almost 45 mins late to pick up. (Still in bus right now will be 2 hours late to destination) Bus driver was illiterate and gave no explanation as to why so late. The bus was dirty and smelled of urine. A group of passengers were harassing others and being very loud and obnoxious and the bus driver never said a thing. Will NEVER ride Indiana trails again. I suggest the same for anyone else.

Left from Indiana to Detroit the driver was very koo u had no problems with this bus but after I made it to Detroit to get on greyhound the driver was totally opposite
