This place is terrible they make you fill out the form. And look at there terms and it does say you can request a refund. They charge you $59 the second you hit the button. You don’t know your getting slammed with that fee. So I suggest go get your certificate at an office in your area. I am so upset I will NEVER get help from them. I’ll stand and wait if I need a certificate.
