I bought a phone and plan from this store on the 9th and the gentleman who helped me was great but today I went in because the phone had problems and so we were going to do a swap. The lady helping me today told me there was none in stock and then told me I had no protection plan on the phone because it was denied even though the gentleman sold me it on the 9th when I bought the phone and service. So she tells me I have to the 20th to switch the phones and then she asks me if I still have my old phone? I'm not using my old phone when I'm paying for this new one. I asked her to put the protection on the phone and she told me she couldn't do that thankfully when I called T-Mobile they put the protection on the phone and they are sending me a new phone tondo a warranty swap they also told me the lady at the store was able to put this protection on this phone there and they said they don't know why she didn't. Lesson learned when you want something done right do it yourself
