The old white lady there was very unpleasant today, gave me a hard time about loading my uber debit card plus she seem like she had a problem serving african Americans, thank God there is a family dollar right next door and the lady aloud me to pay my loading fee with my debit card with a pleasant attitude and fast. I just move to the area So now I know were to go and were not to go for now on for sure.

Very unprofessional. Phone courtesy was terrible. It took 30 plus minutes to even get someone on the phone, to be treated like trash. I’m not a fan of the service. You should take more pride in your work in my opinion.

They are soooooo slow! I understand they are picking up the slack from closed locations but my God can they get an outsourced call center or something because I have been on hold for half the day. I literally could've just drive the 9 hours back to Maryland to pick-up my RX at the original location I filled it with and I'd still be on hold!!!!!
