These people are rude as hell, judgemental, and don't CARE that they're in service to people. The staffing here needs a COMPLETE overhaul. Only two reasons they get even ONE star; it's the worst score I can give them, and they have free coffee. My advice if you're traveling? STAY AWAY FROM THE OTE!
