These guys do some if the best work I've ever seen when it comes to REAL hardwood flooring installation, sanding and refinishing. Commercial and residential. New construction and older homes.
Very disappointed in service, product and final performance of floor. Great sales job; downhill after that. I have had hardwood floors refinished in three houses, so I know what is acceptable. Unfortunately, this company did not meet standards.
I absolutely love the job Dave and his parter done on my floors...nDave was very courteous with my home ... We did plastic every thing and it saved a bunch of clean up so don't ever think that you are a crazy plastic person in this case overbord is better .nBut I've had 20 years of dogs and a leaking fish tank that had done a lot of damage to the wood under the carpet after pulling up the carpet in really thought it would have to have carpet againnBut a friend recommended Willams Hardwood Specialist and justnlike that I have beautiful wood floors...3 days and the job is donenI would highly recommend Williams Hardwood Specialist.
