Our pet has been to this facility several times. Each time they have been very professional and caring and have always taken care our issues. I would highly recommend this place. I like to give kudos to Emily at the office. She is super! Thanks again for all you’ve done for Skye.
I can’t say thank you enough to the amazing staff and doctors here. I came home from vacation to find my cat very sick. It was late on a Friday night and I knew he needed immediate attention. We ended up at North Central. It was discovered he had ingested 45 inches of yarn. That was the beginning of a long and sometimes scary week. Everyone was so compassionate and helpful and took great care of Mr. Rags. They went far above and beyond anything I expected or have ever experienced. They are an incredible group of caring people.
I felt so comfortable taking my baby here when she got sick and severely dehydrated. The staff took excellent care of her, told me how much they loved her, and the vet called me several times while she was there overnight with updates, and was super helpful with answering my questions and giving me a plan for when she got home. They go above and beyond with their care and I would highly recommend them!
This is a great hospital for emergency veterinary care. Even though we lost our sweet Pepe on the way to the hospital they did everything they could to resuscitate him. We were devastated ud83dudc94 but they were professional and compassionate.
I am truly grateful to the entire staff who exhibited patience and concern during Blue's emergency. I appreciate your calls and your willingness to answer and address my concerns. I brought Blue to you on Thursday evening wondering if he would truly recover. I picked him up on Friday night and it is now Monday. He was still not feeling his best and stayed hidden all Saturday. Sunday he came out of hiding and now, he's once again vocal reminding us that he's the boss!nnThank you for genuinely caring about the pets you serve. I appreciate you all!
