Great job Mr mayor !! Takes a strong man to make tough decisions people need to remember Michigan City is for Michigan City not the boarder states !!

I biked from Hammond, IN to Chesterton, IN and every city had bike lanes or bike trails except Michigan City. After getting through Indiana Dunes bike path, I ran into NIPSCO which I couldn't enter and biked on 4th street with no bike lanes and was very nervous biking through the whole time. I left a message if bike lanes will be added, but of course no call back. All surrounding villages have been bike friendly with protected bike lanes and I found Michigan City to have almost none. It's a scary place to ride a bike.

I called the Mayors office during the worst storm of the year because we on 11th st are forced to park out back in the alley way where our driveways are. Knee deep in snow, can't get out for work or get in to our driveways to park, mind you they are so deep in getting the main roads cleared but made a call anyways and got us cleared out 5 minutes after I called them. Thank you City Hall and Mr.Mayor for caring about the working class.
