I don't know why so many people are complaining about a bad experience but I just called with a couple of complications. A Miss Lazano (apologies if misspelled) was extremely patient and helpful. Halfway through we got cut off and she called me right back. Her helping demeanor gave me a lot of peace of mind.

They were very courteous to me. They took care of my two requests most efficiently. These workers are doing a fantastic job during this Pandemic. They have continued to come to work to help any and all USA citizens get thru this.nGOD BLESS THEM.nARTHUR C NELSON

I called to request some paperwork and to also set up an appointment for my husband and I to talk to someone about some questions we have about my changing benefits and his disability benefits as we retire. Well, getting one form was easy enough but it’s totally impossible to get an appointment with anyone which is just unbelievable. I was asked why we need to come in, what do we need to discuss and after several other questions making it clear no appointment was gonna happen, the conversation was over. I feel if we want an appointment we should be able to get one and then at the meeting let that person hear and / or direct our inquiries if unable there.

It's ok but the waiting area is too close to the help desk where people can hear my personal info

I was there 2 years ago, I don’t know how many times I had to keep going back. One lady (older) seemed like she didn’t understand anything I said or asked and would just keep repeating the same thing, which had NOTHING to do with my reason for being therenThe gentleman was not rude and I tried to get him when I went. He at least tried to help.nI don’t mind waiting. But I do mind being treated the way they tend to treat people.nI have to contact them tomorrow over something small, and I already have anxiety.
