I came in on 6/15 looking to buy an engagement ring and was not greeted or acknowledged despite walking around the store for 20 minutes. I would have understood the wait if the employees were busy but to not even say “hello or “we’ll be with you in a moment” is unacceptable.
I brought in a necklace that belonged to my son to see if it could be cleaned and polished. I wasn’t even sure if the necklace was real or if it was worth trying to clean it up. Christy and Megan were so helpful. They said that it is sterling silver and they would be happy to clean it for me. I told them how much sentimental value it has and I wanted to give it to my husband to wear on his birthday. It looked brand new after they polished it and they wrapped it beautifully. They said to bring it by anytime and they would be happy to polish it free of charge. I was overjoyed by how much care they took with jewelry that wasn’t even bought in their store. It meant so much to me that I could preserve something that belonged to my son that I started to cry. Christy came over and gave me a hug and told me they were happy to help. What an amazing experience!
The employees are amazing! They really listen to you and help you figure out what's best (& in my case, a better solution to a problem than I had). I've never been more happy with a jewelry store than I was that day.
Friendly staff, great quality, they trully looked out for me and what was best for me.
Refused to take back a bender supplied merchandise. No offer to assist and was rude will never buy anouther piece of jewelry from them again. Horrible customer services.
