Excellent people to work with from the office staff to the people who install the pumps. My elderly father had a surface pump on his domestic well quit working. I called a couple of plumbing companies to see if they could come out. Everyone was busy and one company told me I should call Oregon Pump and I'm glad I did.nnOregon Pump was also very busy but they were able to come out quickly to see what my dad needed. The following Monday they were able to squeeze us into the schedule. The office called and said they would be out between 11:00 and 12:00. They had the pump installed and running by 12:00.nnGreat people, thank you!!
I hesitate to tell you all how good this company is because they'll get busier. Oregon Pump has been assisting me with my well needs for almost 7 years. They deliver top notch customer service at a fair price. Jake and Dan are some of the hardest working guys I've ever met. They helped me get a well going last week that's just been sitting unused for years. It was amazing. They are my favorite water warriors!
The staff is great and they really know their stuff. Highly recommend .
