Appreciate you responding back. My issue was the Highland office. The Michigan City office is always kind and professional. I have also been going to the agency for years. I was trying at the time to obtain a business insurance, a bond and license. I told the agent it was very important for her to give me a quote in a timely fashion since I had jobs wanting to know when I can start their job. After days of no response. I called back to see if my quote was ready. In the middle of the conversation another agent gets on the phone to tell me that the agent I was speaking with had an important call and I will need to call back. Felt my business obviously must not be important to the agency. She was rude from the beginning. I've never tried to open a business so I had no clue that the insurance supplies the bond. So I was told to go to the county. Which they told me no the insurance does it; which was more wasted time. I ended up going to another company. I also planned on switching my home insurance to the company that was kind enough to give me a timely quote. It was shocking after so many years with dealing with the agency in Michigan City how rude Highland office was to me. You reaching out to me so quickly after the review has changed my mind about the agency. An employee doesn't represent the company as a whole but it's too late for me to give it another chance. I most likely will continue my business with the home insurance.

I have been dealing with Crowel Agency for many years. I would rather go to the office and pay my bill, or my questions answered. Michigan City office has always been polite, and easy to deal with. I may not be happy with insurance rates getting higher in general, but the quality of service I get from this office keeps me coming back.
