Store was neat and in order. The young lady at check out was very helpful with my purchase. The sad note is I could not find a clerk anywhere to help me. Therefore I had to go to the check out lane for help.
This store has greatly improved from what it use to be years ago. Great customer service. Clean. Very nice store.

I like Big Lots my problem is ordering online. It is so confusing. as I order they send me for this to to one store and for something else to another store I cannot do that I'm 75 and I'm disabled and I cannot run around the country for this stuff I put in enough to have everything sent to my home and I still get don't get what I wanted it's just confusing
