Tried to get us to upgrade to something we had not purchased, sat on, and a total different brand that we purchased. And then moved our delivery date from the 20th to the 27th. We will never.....never use this company again.nn**to your response**.n1. All we ever wanted was the set we saw and tested in the store....we don't care about a $300 upgrade...you purely ignored my wishes, and that set behind the delivery date. You fail to realize I had to take a vacation day to be home for the mattress. That upgrade is also something that we never tested, so we wouldn't know what we would be getting!! But if you are so concerned about the COVID precautions, why would the delivery company come back and forth into our home to bring multiple mattresses if we didn't like it. Yes you did offer a refund, to which my husband and I considered greatly. But we do not have the time in between our 12 hour shifts to go look at mattresses again. I know you are upset about your 1 star review, but if you listened, and not ignored me, we could have had our mattress this weekend.

Steve helped us out after a terrible situation at mattress firm. He was very caring and every educated. He taught us and was every helpful in picking out the perfect mattress.
I can only hope to be as happy with my mattress as I am with the customer service provided by Steve. He was the perfect person to help us today! We had no idea what we we needed but we knew we couldn’t keep throwing away our money buying beds online. Our new bed will already be here tomorrow and we couldn’t be more relieved! Thank you, Steve!!
