The customer service I experienced in the appliance department (Tom) was absolutely amazing. I needed a new refrigerator immediately and within 24 hours it was ordered and delivered and this was all done over the phone. I am so grateful to this store for helping me out when I was in a bind. Will be shopping here from now on. Thank you!

Devon at the pro desk is probably one of their best employees. I have had a lot of trouble with my online order. Not only did he take the time to look into the situation for me (on a Saturday when I am sure they are swamped!) but he personally went out into the yard to find a solution and get my order ready. He called me back within 10 minutes and the problem was solved! He deserves recognition for his AMAZING customer services!! Lowe's - please make sure that he is well taken care of there!! The freezer on my elderly Aunt's refrigerator went out. We went to Lowes with her to file a warranty claim. It turned out the warranty was actually an extended warranty through another company, offered through Lowes. Cherie, the Customer Care rep, went above and beyond to help my aunt get the information and assistance she needed.

I wanted a custom Door. The worker in that department went out of her way to find the extra feature's I needed.nI picked it up 3 weeks later (perfect)nI was at another store before that (same brand door) and was told my features didn't exist ( he didn't look).nThank you Lowes for training your workers and thanks to the women at that desk for taking the time to work with me.

Very helpful went to get a couple bags of pea gravel the gentleman helped me put in my cart and put it in my car, fast and friendly service.
