Off the beaten path, but still modern despite several name changes.

Kinda spooky empty. Most stores were closed

Emmanuel at the Salem store did a fantastic job in both Customer Service and had a strong knowledge of the products. I went to the store with the intention of checking the wear on my good feet to see if I needed a new pair. When Emmanuel tested the good feet he indicated they were breaking down a bit. When I made the initial purchase I brought the life time warranty. He indicated they would be exchanged which he did. Since I was there, I asked about New Balance shoes. He showed me a few pairs and as I tried them on he explained all the fittings on all parts of the shoe. I ended up buying a pair and am very pleased. He is honest and presents a positive image for the store. Thank you, Bob Siegel

Very nice shopping mall with a lot of nice stores to browse in. Something for everyone and well worth the trip
