The quality of the service here is TOP NOTCH!!! I Stay in Choice hotels well more than the average traveling contractor and I saw the front desk manager help this old man to his truck! I’ve never seen this kind of hospitality before and I think this man deserves a higher promotion or something. I spoke with him the day before and he was such a genuine person. Things like this make me happy I choose choice hotels over any other chain! Thank you Chris for everything you do
Staff was nice but my room was dirty. Restroom had water rings in the commode as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Large stains on the carpet and the mini fridge was dirty as well.
Worst hotel experience of my life. We had a party with 5 rooms. Check in was 3pm. At 430pm two of the rooms were not ready. Check in took over a half hour. There were 9 people in line. The line grew as we stood. One person working constantly on the waki trying to get someone to answer him. I asked of room rates were being comped. He stated yes and he was working alone with two house keepers and 55 check ins. Thanks for the info dude. We were in town for a wedding. About an hour into the reception we got a call one of the rooms wasn't the right room. Could we come move our stuff. Was moved to the same exact room in a different hallway. The floors were filthy and the tub had hair in it. This is a 60 dollar a night hotel max!! Not over 100.
I'd like to compliment Quality Inn and Suites in Laporte, Indiana for the excellent customer service and professionalism provided to me during my stay. I've been staying at here since February 2020 for work and have no complaints. The location is nice due to it being by a lake and close to downtown. I would like to thank the entire staff for the hospitality and courtesy shown to me. I would highly recommend Quality Inn and Suites in Laporte, Indiana. Thanks for everything
My husband and I very much enjoyed our time while visiting family. This is a great location for things currently going on with social distancing. Our kids enjoyed the large Atrium Area and Game Room. My husband enjoyed the Work Out Area. Angel was very accomodating during Check- In. He went out of his way to ensure we had a quite secluded room. Luke was great at Check- Out. He came around the counter to assist in bringing our luggage cart back in. He asked about our visit was and wished us safe travels. This is going to be an awesome location to utilize when coming to the area to visit family or even for a personal get away.
