La Porte BMV Branch

The Manager (didn't get her name) was extremely rude. Husband and wife titling vehicles was the reason this branch was visited. I was told to sit in the lobby or wait in my vehicle when giving aid to my hearing impaired husband. I sat in chair after being told the chairs are not sanitized after multiple people sat in the same chair with dirty hands, stuff on their clothing etc. Then during the transaction we were told to switch when I needed to sign my paperwork. I think a person that goes into a business funded by taxpayer money should be treated better. Not talked down to by an overzealous power hungry nightmare that spoke to me and definitely not while assisting a different person.

Besides all the BS involved in getting plates or your drivers license the ladies have always been very nice and helpful. Nicer than most BMV's I've dealt with.
