The lady who assisted me this morning was very polite and very respectful. It is a nice change from what usually happens. I think that they just get so used to having people be rude to them that that is the default. But today was refreshing.

I wanted to thank Carlee and the rest of the staff for a great S.O.S. experience this afternoon. your kindness was greatly appreciated.

Awesome, no problems getting the appointment made yesterday for today. Showed up they were ready for me, knew what I was there for. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

The lady we worked with was very pleasant. Best experience we've ever had at SOS.
