I was a regular customer until today. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store on “new Merchandise”. I have purchased many led lights and recently I bought one that was $90. The return policy on electronics is 1 week however I did not install or try to install this light for several weeks. When I did open the box parts were missing and the light does not work. I called the store to see if they would make an exception for the. return and they said no exceptions. I live 1.5 hours from the store so I am not able to go more than a few times a month. Needless to say, I’m officially no longer a customer of this store. Keep in mind that they are not a people first merchant when shopping this location.
Great place to shop if you want to spend $29.99 on a USED pair of shoes. Or $39.99 on a USED pair of boots. Thought Goodwill was an affordable place to shop. Manager was rude and abrasive. Had my own reusable bag as to not use plastic bags. Told me I couldn’t bring my own bag in.
I went shopping at thus store today and must say that I was completely disrespect by one of the male employees. Had stopped to inspect and examine an item to see what it was and if it was worth buying just like any other customer. Tgis employee see us checking out the product and instead of doing his job and asking if there was any way he could offer us assistance he walked by and made the remark. Yeah just play it. I responded to making it clear that as a customer i had every right to examine the object. What do you think this employee did he just kept walking as i spoke woth utter disrespect. I should have went to the manager and made a complain but was so disgusted that they hire people that are not compantant to do there job and properly qualified to work with customers. I was insulted and accused of playing with an item when in reality i was examing an item. This goodwill doesn't deserve any stars with employees like the man that insulted me and my friend today. Not sure if this store is even work shopping at i would rather drive to a store where the employees are friendly and curtious not rude and unprofessional.
I had a terrible shopping trip here!!! I couldn't walk anywhere in the store without any of the workers watching me and making sure I have my nose and mouth covered, sure it's important to stay safe but one of them started coughing right in front of me and no, her mouth wasn't covered and her sheild did NOT stop any germs from spreading, and she was also walking around talking to her co-workers and holding up her sheild..... If they want customers ,they should learn to treat them with respect and KINDLY ask you to wear a mask instead of yelling at you and making you feel very unwelcome!! (( ( If you're so afraid of covid then don't go out in public.. ,let others live their life!!!!))
Hands down the grumpiest GW staff and they do an atrocious job sorting and organizing.
