Warsaw BMV Branch

Not good. Wasn't open even though online said it would be. Can't get through on phone. Said columbia city was open. It's wasn't either. A real hassle. Now have to go back tomorrow. Several other people showed up too.

Went on a Saturday morning and while there was a line they were getting people through very quickly. The staff was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Made an appointment to update my title and they had me in and out im 15 min. It was a busy day but they were moving fast. Nice people too!

A little slow but good service.

Employees were nice. No line which is always a good thing.
