When you walk up to the counter when it's your turn of course, they are people who understand our frustrations on our side of the counter and treat you like you are human being and when I leave I understand the process better. There still isn't a direct 1-800 number for you to call yet and tell Obama what I really think of his Obamacare. Our girls here in K county are awesome. Thank you
