Floras Auto Sales is the company I work for. We have had the worst experience you can ever imagine with John Edwards. I first want to say that we still hope for the best for John and hope everything works out for him. But I cannot let the things that we have had to deal with slide without at least warning everyone else. I think John is a nice guy but completely unorganized. You can never get a hold of him on his cell and every time you call the office the secretary knows nothing but can only take a message. Even then John will hardly ever call us back. Also Instead of John staying on top of issues that we have had to deal with such as claims being submitted. We have had to babysit him every step of the way and remind him to follow up on things. Lastly after finally trying to leave peaceably to another Insurance Company and trying not to make a big deal about it at all. John was super offended that we left him and there was a few final things that John did not submitted correctly to corporate regarding cancelling with him. We then began to get several warning letters that we owed additional money to Farmers Insurance which we did not owe. I sent over proper documentation to John showing proof that our new insurance company took over the same day that we cancelled with Farmers Insurance. John said he would take care of final bill no problem. It has now been over 10 months later and issue still has not be resolved. Month after month John has said he would take care of it but he still hasn’t. We also now have been turned over to collections due to Johns incompetence. I finally took matters in my own hands and have bypassed John completely. I called corporate direct which I guess I should have done this a long time ago. I asked them what documentation needed to be submitted to show proof that our insurance had not lapsed. Now this has been submitted and I believe this should finally be closed. In the end It has been a total nightmare and we would not recommend John Edwards to anyone.

Both times I called in to get quotes he took my information down and said he would work on it and call me back the next day. Then the second time I called in to follow up with him he said he couldn’t get into my quote and said he would call me back within a few minutes and never called back. So needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company to anyone. I just stayed with my current insurance company because at least they return my calls when they said they will and they actually follow through with things.
