Avamere Transitional Care at Sunnyside

I'm a current resident, and these negative reviews I'm reading are not true. Advamere at Sunnyside is a great place, all the way from very clean to the nurses, to the CNA'S, the office staff are wonderful, and the food can be good at times.# I'm getting too fat lol. They have done a great job to assure we stay safe and covid free this whole time . Thank you for taking great care of me.

Do NOT go here.. My Mom was admitted yesterday, was told you must use a portable toilet, your not able to get out of bed at all and her bed is broken. The nursing staff is not responsive... DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE TO HEAL!

Wonderful staff, good food and very clean. Glad I'm glad I was sent here to recover from surgery.

Don't. Just Don't. If you have someone you Love and have no other choice you will need to be there every day. Don't just look at reviews, look at their records on the State of Oregon DHS website. I't simply awful in every way imaginable. There are a few committed folks in the middle but the top of the ladder isn't accountable and the bottom are well....the bottom. They get one star only because I can't publish this without marking a star. As you read this, know I am taking back the star.
