PT Northwest

This facility is a joke, and not a funny one. Would not recommend to anyone. Negative experience in all regards.nI had a different provider almost every single visit, chart notes were so sloppy the staff could not read the exercises used by one another. I requested handouts of exercises at the end of my treatment, staff were unable to discern which exercises had been utilized throughout treatment. When calling facility, voicemail is an automated message which does not inform you the business name or information.

My experience with PT Northwest was excellent. I received most of my care from Maya. She is friendly and easy to work with. Everyone else there from support staff to other Physical Therapists are great to work with as well. All of the in-office care combined with my home exercises over time got rid of the pain and restored normal function. I am a very happy patient and would recommend PT Northwest to anyone!

Maya really listened to my physical therapy needs and is very kind, compassionate and caring. The person at the front desk who takes the initial information and schedules appointments is professional, warm and welcoming. My husband and I can positively recommend PT Northwest!

I found staff to be very organized, efficient, and knowledgeable. My time was never wasted. I appreciated being asked how I was feeling. Maya was a great listener. She was always careful with my treatment. I highly recommend PT Northwest in West Salem if you need physical therapy.

While I know most of us just don't stand in line waiting for the opportunity to have Physical Therapy, if you must...pick this group! I am impressed with the ENTIRE staff, from front desk to Task Masters (oops, highly trained PT professionals.) The staff have made it a totally supportive and encouraging experience...not that I want to be in the position to go again, but if necessary, I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to walk through their door.
