This company does not even deserve 1 star. They do not back their customers rather just sell the insurance and if anything happens good luck on them doing anything. Found out later from other people around town after my circumstance that I was not the only that was going through this horrible experience. We were fully insured the other people were at fault they had insurance and the lady at pletcher was very disrespectful and acted like she did not care we were hit by someone else. Rather rude. KARMA comes back around hope it comes back to them and we still live in this area to hear about it. Needless to say we have already got a new insurance company after quite a few years of being with this joke of a company and never having any claim other than this recent one when we got hit by someone else. They do not pay.
