Amazing pharmacy! The pharmacists and technicians are very nice and always are very knowledgeable. Will definitely continue to make the drive just for the customer service

I'm in cvs once at least once a week. Very nice staff. Never have had a bad experience.
This is the most inept pharmacy on the face of the planet. I left my doctors office and drove (30 minutes) to the CVS in north webster because it was the closest to my house. I get there and they tell me they never received the prescriptions. I was in the doctors office when they were sent and actually heard the nurse call the pharmacy to make sure they had what was needed. But fine...mistakes happen, they said they would call the doctor to straighten it out. An HOUR later I call to see if the prescriptions were finally ready only to find out they never even attempted to call the doctor. I should have just called the doctor myself right then and saved myself 2 hours instead of trusting them to do it. They also had my daughters name completely wrong in the system which created even more issues since the prescriptions were for her. I usually use the Meijer pharmacy but decided to try this one since it was closer...never again! I will make the drive to Meijer from now on.
