Willamette Compounding Pharm

Very rude and condescending clerk. Was told I had a free refill, so when I was shocked at the cost, the clerk laughed and was very belittling. Will not be going back.

My Gastroenterologist sent a RX for me here last month. This is not my regular pharmacy. Willamette Compounding called me to get my debit card information, I was told the compound wouldn't be made until I paid. I was very hesistant to provide my card information up front. Willamette Compounding put a hold for the whole amount for my RX on my debit card. Then a few days later when RX was ready they called me to let me know it was ready. It took me a few days to get to the pharmacy to pick up my RX due to my health situation at the time. I went in on Saturday morning March 31st. I spoke to a nice blonde woman. She ran my card again and I told her and showed her that there was already a hold on my card. I told her I was very concerned about my card being ran again and that I had already provided it. I asked numerous questions about how my card information was being stored. The woman told me that my card information would be shredded as I have my RX now. I left with my compound my card charge went through before I left the pharmacy. The pending charge was still on my checking account. Everyday that week I checked my account to see if the other charge dropped off finally on Wednesday April 4th the charge dropped off. My RX was paid for in full on March 31st. But I was annoyed the addition charge was even charged to my account and held for quite a few days. I was just glad this business transcation was over.nnTo my surprise yesterday April 12th Willamette Compounding called me telling me that I had failed to pick up my RX. I told the caller that I picked it up already and paid for it in full. She didn't believe me, I was very upset and she told me she would ask others at the pharmacy. I hung up really annoyed. Why would I lie? The caller was so rude. Hours later my card was charged again for the one and only RX l had filled here, same dollar amount even. I left a message after hours at Willamette Compounding and called my bank to report fraud.nnWillamette Compounding corrected the issue. I have received a full refund.
