Easy access and spacious. It links directly with Salem downtown shopping center on upper level.

The free downtown parking is nice. I like exploring Salem and not having to pay to park helps encourage me to explore. I like that Salem provides free parking for the business district. I wish other cities could do things like this. The top floor is for city and state employees only, but you still get two levels of free parking, so it's all good.

Great free parking in downtown Salem. I can fit my lifted truck in the parkade too.

Its a parking lot that you park your car in that offers free short term daily parking.

I hate this place first time here and I got a ticket for forward facing parking even after I was the only car in the bottom floor. Make sure you learn from my mistake.
