BMV's always get a bad rep, but here... the people really care about you and try hard to make your visit worth while. I love how they work quickly, but still take the time to help you understand what you need. The location is nice too, along with the facility itself. awesome waiting area!

Not a good place at all! Went in to get new plates and a truck in my name today they said my proof of address was not legitimate when it was dated last week with my name and address on it never coming back to this office i would rather drive a little farther to get better service and it happened twice today they will make it as hard as possible on yall i advise against this office

I had gone in on Monday to the bmv the new location they have in demotte, to register my vehicle that I buy from the dealership. Gone in with my paper work was told I needed a lease agreement from the dealership . I told them I buy the car no lease. Gone back a second time later that day only to find out I still could not register my vehicle . The lady that was helping me was rude unprofessional needs a lot of training to be a manager of that location. She told me I wasn't a customer an to get out an that she wouldn't pull my title to help me. to lazy to pull the title because she needed to help other customers. An all the other lady's are unprofessional an needs a lot of training or the staff needs to be fired . Wouldn't give this bmv my time ever again. Know I have to drive to crown point for better customer service an my time. Wouldn't give them any stars at demotte branch all the lady's there are lazy an unprofessional. That place never has a full staff. They always have 2 people helping a full lobby . Not good . I don't recommend people to go to that bmv in demotte .They get 0 stars from me.

indiana bmv is totally ridiculous . i needed proof that my daughter is an indiana resident. they wouldnt accept the proof we gave them of her savings account. The demotte BMV and morocco bmv are mean and I will never go back there again. !!!!!!
