Fieldhouse Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Had a fantastic experience there at Fieldhouse! Had Malachi as my salesman he was great! We tried locating a 2020 ram I was looking at, unfortunately no other dealers wanted to trade! I can’t even name how many places he tried, but he never gave up, he was dedicated to find the exact vehicle I wanted! Eventually, after many tries, I decided it was best to just have one built! I also appreciated him contacting me several times during the wait to let me know the progress on the truck but also just check up on me! I thought that was awesome, but the day my truck came in he called to let me know it was there and asked when was the best time for ME to pick it up! When I went to get it, he greeted me and showed me the truck! He let me look at the truck and showed me all the cool neat stuff it came with! I even appreciate that even after buying the truck he still has checked up on me, seeing if I’m still liking the truck and told me to contact him if I had any questions with the truck! Even Tim the manager was very helpful too! When it came to signing the paperwork, Malachi made it easy and simple, and I also liked that he never pushed me on things I didn’t want! Needless to say very happy with my purchase and satisfied with everything that happened during the deal. I will definitely be returning there for any other vehicle needs that I may have!
