I have used them for several years and always satisfied but this time when they cleaned carpets the pet stains from my dog getting sick famed out but 2 days later they came back. Thay returned at no charge and cleaned again but ad before stains came back again. So know I am going to try chem dry and hopefully their process will be better.

First time I ever used Stanley Steamer & it was pricey for a 1 bedroom apt. (Bedroom carpet wasn't included) & 1 recliner. It took 3 days for carpet to dry & it caused my entire apartment to feel VERY humid & it had mildew smell, but I didn't realize it was the carpet causing the issue. Until I had company, & they pointed out the smell & dampness. I contacted the company about a month later about my issue. The gentleman mentioned the time that had passed & that he's never had complaints in all his years of service. He said it wasn't from them cleaning so I contacted bldg. maintenance & he couldn't find anything wrong in my apt.. My friend bought a dehumidifier ($160+) for me & after 4-5ndays of using it, the extra moisture was gone & so was the smell. I was told by other Stanley customers that either they or someone they know had the exact same issues as I did. Not happy about the issue this caused, the cost of cleaning, or the added expenses this has caused. ud83eudd11ud83eudd22ud83dude21
