Called first thing in this morning, decided to leave my number for a call back. Everything went well till they called back just to hang up on me before I could even say hello. So I decided to call back again. Now I have to wait an hour for them to call. Talk about unprofessional, I understand Covid-19 is a problem with the post office not having enough manpower. But come on! You’re better off using FEDEx or UPS.

My outgoing mail has not been picked up for 2 business days.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Service is always quick.

Get a notification that my package is out for delivery then never showed up. Check tracking again and it says it's available for pickup. Guess the mail carriers don't feel like delivering the mail. I mean it's only part of the job.....

Inside the post office the help is great. However if you are having things delivered the service is horrible!!!nI’ve had them send packages back to the sender because they didn’t want to deliver the item cause it was to big, or they deliver one item earlier in the day then later in the day another carrier marked another package as having to be picked up at the post office because my door was not accessible due to a natural disaster?? Really cause y’all had no problem delivering the first package!!
