I was surprised at the efficiency, courtesy and professionalism as a whole shown by the whole Workforce at the BMV. Not that they are not usually courteous, it's just they normally have a very heavy workload and I've found them to be short and to the point and I'm shuffled back out the door. Which is fine also. But like I said, they did everything right, thank you.
Ridiculous wait time have been standing outside for 20 min. The line has only moved once.

Pleasantly surprised, wish I would have gotten the ladies name that waited on my wife and I so I could thank her, for doing a good job. It's unfortunate that our legeslation has let the paper work and all the legalities that the bmv customers and employees have to deal with get out of hand, causing frustration for the customers and employees.
Horrible service every time I go in there. Now you can't even get things done at the local level. Local office wouldn't allow renewal transactions so I had to mail it in. Several weeks later my registration is expired but I still have not gotten my renewed one (that I paid for) and when you try to call it tells you they are unable to take your call and hang up on you.
