The guy is rude on the phone every time I try to call. I still can’t understand why everything but this is opened back up. Still can’t get what I need what a joke.

The security guard was incredibly rude although the service was reasonably quick.

Amazing. Was expecting to spend all day here. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Applied for a replacement social security card. Just thrilled at how fast it was. To the Kokamo social security office..... You guys hav,got it together. Please send your s.o.p. instructions to every other government office. The world will be a better place.

The time you have to wait is ridiculous. When you have something real simple, you still have to wait. Just because you have a number means NOTHING! What you are told is how important your visit is, is how soon you get waited on. Not my favorite place to go.

I feel like the wait time is fair Everytime I go I am in and out it way quicker than the one in Chicago
